Our teaching approach is based upon the unique nature of each child’s learning and development. We call our approach Play With a Purpose. We prioritize play in our classroom spaces while also introducing a wide range of materials, tools, language, books, and sensory experiences in order to nurture children and encourage them to reach their potential and develop their interests and talents.

With our low student-to-teacher ratio and our committed staff we are able to put these requirements into practice. Our classrooms are warm and caring spaces with Social/Emotional well-being always at the forefront of our goals for children. Children work towards their own individual standards of excellence in the happy atmosphere of encouragement that our staff fosters.

Perhaps most importantly, individual attention and understanding of the children is built and communicated between staff as the children move through the school providing vital continuity in approach and content. In other words, we’re a school built on relationships. Knowing you and your child is the most important piece in educating lifelong learners!
